SHIPPING IN LITHUANIA:

Shipping within Lithuania is available through the following methods:

  1. Omniva parcel lockers – Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Price: €2.49. Free shipping for orders over €35.
  2. Omniva courier service – Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Price: €5.95. Free shipping for orders over €70.
  3. Venipak parcel lockers – Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Free of charge.
  4. Venipak courier service – Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Price: €4.99.

Additional Information:

  • The production time for custom orders is arranged individually with each customer.
  • If you need your order urgently, please contact us at info@mugmug.lt or call +37068875662, and we will find the fastest solution.
  • Shipping delays may occur during public holidays. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to extend delivery times.
  • The shipping price to Curonian Spit may vary when using courier services.
  • We pack orders carefully, considering their fragility. If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photos and send them to us at info@mugmug.lt. In such cases, we offer either a refund or a replacement product.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are shipped abroad via Lithuanian Post and other courier services. Delivery within Europe takes 2-9 business days.

For purchases within the European Union, no customs duties apply. However, for purchases outside the EU (e.g., United Kingdom, Switzerland), the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable customs duties and other taxes.

RETURNS

If the buyer is dissatisfied with the shape, size, color, model, or completeness of the purchased product, they have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving the package, provided that:

  • The item has not been used.
  • The item is not damaged and has not lost its original appearance.

To request a return, please send the following information to info@mugmug.lt:

  1. Order number
  2. Full name
  3. Contact phone number and email
  4. Reason for return
  5. Bank account number for the refund

After sending this information via email, please return the item to us at the address specified on the package.

Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will process the refund within 3 business days to the provided bank account. (Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.)

In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to extend the refund processing time to 10 business days, but we will inform you in advance if this occurs.
