DELIVERY IN LITHUANIA

1. Via Omniva parcel lockers. Takes 1-3 business days. Price: 2.49 EUR. Free for orders over 35 EUR.

2. Via Omniva couriers. Takes 1-3 business days. Price: 5.95 EUR. Free for orders over 70 EUR.

3. Via Venipak parcel lockers. Takes 1-3 business days. Free.

4. Via Venipak couriers. Takes 1-3 business days. Price: 4.99 EUR.

Additional information: The production time of individual orders is coordinated with each customer individually.

Shipments may be delayed on public holidays. In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to deliver shipments within a longer period.
The price for sending goods to the Curonian Spit by courier may vary.
We pack your orders very carefully, taking into account the fragility of the content. If you received the shipment and see that it is damaged and corrupted content - take a photo and send us an e-mail info@mugmug.lt. In this case, it is possible to return the money for the product or send a new product. 
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Orders are delivered abroad via Lithuanian Post and other courier services. Shipping within Europe takes approximately 2 to 9 business days.

For purchases within the European Union, no customs duties apply. However, for orders outside the European Union (e.g., the United Kingdom, Switzerland), the buyer is responsible for covering any applicable customs duties and other taxes.

RETURN

If the buyer does not like the shape, size, color, model or completeness of the purchased item, and if the item has not been used, it is undamaged and has not lost its appearance, the buyer has the right to express a desire to return the item within fourteen days of receiving the shipment.  In this case, you need to send the following information to info@mugmug.lt:

1. Order number;

2. Name and Surname

3. Contact number and email.

4. Reason for product return.

5. Account number to transfer the refund.

After sending this information by e-mail, please send the product back to us (to our address indicated on the package).

After receiving the returned product, if it meets all the requirements listed above, we will refund the money to your specified account within 3 business days (we do not return shipping or returning shipping costs). In exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to extend this deadline up to 10 days, but in this case, we will inform you about it.
