Privacy policy

1. General provisions

1.3. Buyers' data is also collected, processed in accordance with the European Union Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679, recommendations of the State Data Protection Inspectorate, and other legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania that regulate personal data protection.

2. Data collection

2.1. The seller collects, processes and uses the buyer's personal data in cases where the buyer's consent to use this data is obtained. This can be done in several ways:

2.1.1. The buyer will send his personal data in relation to his choices in the seller’s email. placing an order in the store;

2.1.2. The buyer agrees to the cookie policy and the seller's e-mail. in the store;

2.1.3. The buyer himself applies for information on the pursuit of information;

2.1.4. The buyer himself applies to the company to file a complaint;

2.1.5. The buyer remains in the comment/feedback on the seller's website with a social networking appointment.

2.1.6 The Buyer agrees to the marketing forms used by the Seller.

2.2. Only a person over 16 years of age can buy in the seller's e-shop, accept cookies and provide their personal data. Where the child is under the age of 16, such action shall be lawful only if that consent has been given or the processing of the data has been authorized by the holder of parental responsibility and to the extent that such consent or authorization has been given.

3. Data processing The seller collects and processes the buyer's data for the following purposes:

3.1. Ensuring the implementation of the procurement process. Data collected and processed:

3.1.1. Name and surname of the buyer;

3.1.2. Address;

3.1.3. Telephone number;

3.1.4. E-mail;

3.1.5. IP address;

3.1.6. Payment details;

3.2. Cookies are used to provide the best browsing experience and the most appropriate recommendation.

3.3. The following data is collected and processed when the buyer, on his own initiative, contacts the seller for information/feedback/complaint or other reasons:

3.3.1. Name and surname;

3.3.2. E-mail;

3.3.3. telephone number;

3.3.4. History of the buyer's correspondence with the seller;

3.3.5. Purchase history;

3.4. In order to optimize the work of the seller's e-shop, analytical data is collected and processed:

3.4.1. The history of the buyer's browsing in the seller's e-shop;

3.4.2. The history of the buyer’s purchase in the seller’s online store;

3.4.3. History of payments made by the Buyer;

3.5. The above data is collected for marketing purposes.

4. Data security

4.1. The buyer's data is not transferred by the seller to third parties (except in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania) except in cases when the data transfer is necessary for successful order fulfillment and delivery (eg parcel services).

4.2. The buyer's data is stored in accordance with the procedure specified in the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Union. However, in the event of a disaster, if the buyer’s data is stolen, the seller assumes no responsibility. By providing his personal or company information, the buyer assumes responsibility for his data.

4.3. Buyer data is stored in the seller's information systems.

4.4. The seller has the right to use the contact details of the buyer in cases where the buyer himself provided these details in the seller's e-shop or contacted the seller himself. Buyer data can be used to contact the buyer to clarify order details, or to submit bids.

5. Buyer's rights and responsibilities

5.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided;

5.2. The buyer is responsible for reading the seller's privacy policy when the seller provides it in a place freely accessible to the buyer - in the e-shop, in the "Privacy Policy" section, and/or in the "Privacy Policy" section of the social network Facebook.

5.3. The buyer has the right to ask the data controller to rectify or delete personal data or to restrict or object to the processing of personal data related to the data subject.

5.4. The buyer has the right to object to the collection and processing of his data.

5.5. The buyer has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. Seller's rights and responsibilities

6.1. The seller is responsible for ensuring that the collection, processing, and use of the data is carried out in a lawful, fair, and transparent manner (principle of lawfulness, fairness, and transparency).

6.2. The Seller is responsible for the implementation of clauses 5.3, 5.4, 5.5. 6.3. The Seller has the right to collect, process, and use the customer data collected in accordance with the sections of the "Privacy Policy" section accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6.4. The seller has the right to refuse to change/delete the buyer's data when the buyer contacts the seller for this purpose, if:

6.4.1. Changing the data would be false;

6.4.2. If necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information; 6.4.3. In order to fulfill a legal obligation;

6.4.4. To perform a task performed in the public interest or in the exercise of public authority functions assigned to the data controller or in order to express, enforce or defend legal claims;

6.4.5. Personal data relating to a data subject which he has supplied for the purpose of performing a contract may not be erased if those data are necessary for the performance of that contract and for as long as that personal data is necessary for that purpose.

7. Final provisions

7.1. Seller reserves the right to change the privacy policy at any time. The seller does not undertake to notify it in a separate notice. Changes will be reflected in the "Privacy Policy" section of the seller's online store.

7.2. Data in the seller's accounts on Facebook and Instagram platforms are processed in accordance with the above principles and in accordance with the internal rules of these platforms. The seller uses the received data to fulfill the order, to provide the customer with the most appropriate product recommendation.

7.3. If the buyer/person does not agree with the provisions of the privacy policy or the terms and conditions section, he must not order the goods from the seller, do not provide his data, and do not browse the seller's website and social networking accounts.
