Please read the terms and conditions carefully before using this site. Terms and conditions are a legal document that defines the rights, obligations, responsibilities of the buyer and the seller, the conditions of purchase of goods, payment for goods, delivery, and return of goods. The submission of the order will be accepted as your confirmation that you have read and agree to the specified terms and conditions.

1. General provisions

1.1. Parties mentioned in the contract: "buyer" the person placing the order, "seller" - Evelina Buslavičienė, IDV no. 1337076., "goods" - goods sold by www.mugmug.lt.

1.2. All buyers are subject to the same rules and conditions. By ordering the goods, the buyer confirms that he has the right to buy in the e-shop following the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Otherwise, the buyer, his trustee, or the person responsible for him assumes responsibility.

1.3. By agreeing to the purchase terms and conditions, the Buyer confirms that by concluding the purchase and sale agreement, performing the financial transaction, receiving and using the goods, it does not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the legal interests of third parties. If the buyer's approval of the purchase terms and conditions is false or misleading in whole or in part, the seller assumes no legal liability.

1.4. The seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. The seller does not undertake to notify it in a separate notice. The changes will be reflected in the "Terms and Conditions of Purchase" section of the seller's e-shop.

1.5. The seller is released from any liability if the buyer has placed the order but has not been partially or completely acquainted with the terms and conditions of purchase.

1.6. If the buyer does not agree with some or all of the terms and conditions of the purchase or the buyer does not agree with the applicable fees, the buyer must not place an order or enter into a sale and purchase agreement.

1.7. By agreeing to the purchase terms and conditions, the Buyer undertakes to comply with them and not to violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

1.8. "Shipping and Returns" and "Privacy Policies" sections of the e-shop are integral parts of this document.

2. Exchange and return of goods

2.1. Exchange and return of goods take place following the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.2. Replacement and return of the range of goods are possible within 14 calendar days from the receipt of the shipment.

2.3. If the goods are manufactured specifically to the buyer's order, the seller reserves the right not to perform section 2.1. conditions.

2.4. Assorted goods are replaced or returned at the written request of the buyer. Application form: by e-mail info@mugmug.lt the buyer indicates the circumstance (lack of the product or other reason) due to which the product is not satisfied. If the goods are of unsatisfactory quality, one of Article 6.362 of the Civil Code (if goods of appropriate quality have been purchased) or Article 6.363 (7) (if goods of unsatisfactory quality have been purchased) may be indicated.

2.5. For large and heavy consignments (more than 10 kilograms in weight), the seller decides on the location and method of exchange/return/quality assessment.

2.6. Disputes between the consumer and the seller regarding the quality of the product shall be resolved following the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2.7. Before placing an order, the buyer must read the descriptions of the goods and assess that the products sold are handmade. The ordered product may differ minimally from the products in the product range.

3. Seller's rights and obligations

3.1. The seller, after a complete order and payment, must arrange for the goods sold to be delivered to the address specified by the buyer. Delivery of goods is carried out following the conditions specified in the "Delivery and Return" section of the seller's e-shop unless the seller specifies otherwise.

3.2. The seller, taking into account the minimum changes caused by individual manual work, undertakes to sell the goods that correspond to the descriptions of the goods in the seller's e-mail. in the store.

3.3. If the buyer returns a product of an incorrect quality or unreliable, return the money paid for the product. The amount of the refund is equal to the price of the returned item paid by the buyer. No compensation is foreseen.

3.4 To return the goods following the conditions specified in the section "Delivery and return" of the seller's e-shop unless the seller specifies otherwise.

3.5. Purchasing - carry out the sales process following these procurement terms and conditions.

3.6 If the seller feels a threat, danger, or a possible attempt to damage the seller's property, the seller has the right to unilaterally decide not to execute the order, to limit the buyer's actions in the store, or cancel the order and return to the buyer the money transferred for the purchase of goods (if they were transferred).

3.7. In case of any questions regarding the order, the seller has the right to contact the buyer directly by e-mail or telephone.

4. Obligations and rights of the buyer

4.1. If the buyer does not agree with at least one point of conditions and rules, he has the right not to complete the order and not to buy the goods.

4.2. If the buyer is not satisfied with the specification, composition, etc. of the goods sold, the buyer has the right not to buy the goods.

4.3. If the buyer agrees with the terms and conditions of purchase when forming the order, he undertakes to pay for the goods, their delivery, and accept the goods from the company making the shipment.

4.4. The Buyer undertakes to purchase, pay and use the goods following the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.

4.5. If the buyer, for good reasons, wants to return the goods that do not have usage marks, undamaged, and without losing the appearance of the goods, the buyer has 14 calendar days to receive the shipment.

4.6. The buyer may return the goods following the conditions specified in the "Delivery and return" section of the seller's e-shop unless the seller specifies otherwise.

5. Responsibilities

5.1. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the data he provided.

5.2. Buyers who violate the terms and conditions of purchase are liable following the procedure established by law.

5.3. All complaints can be submitted by e-mail info@mugmug.lt. The procedure for examining complaints is established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. Protection of personal data

6.1. The Buyer's personal data is not transferred to third parties (except following the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania) except in cases when the data transfer is necessary for successful execution and delivery of the order (eg parcel services).

6.2. The Buyer's personal data is processed following the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the methodological information of the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
